Missions at Royal Palms
At Royal Palms, missions isn’t just something we do—it’s who we are. Each year, over 10% of our operating budget goes toward helping our mission partnerships flourish. From our neighborhood to global communities, we’re on mission together.
OUR PARTNERSHIPS
Arizona Mission Network
We join with churches across Arizona to plant churches, develop leaders, and engage in compassion-driven ministry throughout our state.
Southern Baptist Convention & International Mission Board
As part of the SBC, we support the International Mission Board (IMB) in sending missionaries worldwide. Through this partnership, we help take the gospel to places where it’s never been heard.
Local Outreach – Phoenix Eagles
Our local mission pulses through the Phoenix Eagles—a soccer-based outreach engaging kids in our community. Through the game of soccer, we build relationships and open doors for kids to hear about Christ and experience His love firsthand.
Global Outreach – Africa (John & Wanne Dine)
We partner directly with missionaries John and Wanne Dine as they faithfully share the gospel among unreached people groups in Africa. Through prayer, giving, and sending teams, we support their life-changing work.
Financial Partnership Through Special Offerings
In addition to our budgeted giving, Royal Palms participates in two hallmark mission offerings:
Annie Armstrong Easter Offering
Created in 1895 and named in honor of Annie Armstrong, a founding leader of the Woman’s Missionary Union, this offering fuels North American missions through the North American Mission Board (NAMB). Today, more than $2 billion has been given toward training, sending, and supporting missionaries planting churches and meeting needs across the U.S. and Canada. Every dollar goes straight to the mission field.
Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
Named after missionary Lottie Moon, who served in China for nearly 40 years, this offering supports international missions via the IMB. Since its inception in 1918, believers have sacrificially supported those serving globally—and to this day, 100% of gifts go directly to missionaries, helping cover their needs so they can stay fully committed to the field.
How are we actively participating in these initiatives?
We Pray. We’re committed to lifting up our mission partners—local, national, and global—in devoted prayer.
We Give. Together, we invest our resources—including over 10% of our annual operating budget and our participation in addition to Annie Armstrong and Lottie Moon offerings—to fuel the gospel everywhere.
We Go. Whether it’s local outreach through Phoenix Eagles or short-term mission trips to Africa, we join God’s mission hands-on.
