GIVING AT CHURCH

We encourage all of those who are part of our Church family to give—not out of obligation but out of a heart of worship. When you give at Royal Palms, you are contributing to God's work in our community, state, and beyond.

WAYS TO GIVE

There are easy ways for you to give, including one-time gifts and online recurring giving. You can drop off your tithes and offerings at the church, mail them to P.O. Box 39980, Phoenix, AZ 85069, or you can give, securely, online.

GIVING UPDATE

As of the first of the year, we have changed the processor for the church's online giving contributions. What does this mean for our faithful givers? It unfortunately means that any recurring gifts that were set up on the old system will need to be re-done in the new system. Here is how to do that:

1. Click the link below "Online give now"

2. Create your Account

   1. Click "Create Account" at the bottom of the screen​

   2. Enter name and the email that you have on file at the church (you can confirm the email by contacting Abel or Jane)​​

   3. Check your Email (it may be in your spam folder (or updates for Gmail)

   4. Follow the prompts to create your account

3. Return to the Giving Tab and sign in to your account (click "sign in" at the bottom of the white box)

4. Set up the amount/fund(s)

   1. Click "Add gift to another fund" to give to multiple funds

   2. Set the different amounts so that they total to your desired gift (Ex. Gift 1=$50, Gift 2=$50, Total =$100)​

5. Select the frequency

   1. Under "Give this one time", select frequency​ ("one time" or recurring)

   2. Select starting date (date that the first transaction will begin processing)

6. Select either ACH or Debit Card 

   1. *ACH (essentially an electronic check) has a significantly lower transaction fee and is preferred whenever possible*​

7. Click "Next" and then enter your payment information and click "Give"

8. You're done! Your gift will be processed following the schedule set if a recurring gift. You should see the transaction in 2-4 business days, depending on your financial institution. 

9. Cancel your old gift (Click Here)

   1. Log-in (It will ask to verify either your phone number or email)​

   2. Click "Give" (in the menu on the top right of the screen)

   3. Click "My Giving" (Next to "My Information" on the right side of the screen)

   4. Click "Recurring donations" (Left side of the screen, second option from the top)

   5. For every Recurring gift: 

      1. Click the edit icon (Pencil on the right of the grey box)​

      2. Click the red "Delete" button

   6. You are done, thank you for helping us have a smooth transition!

The church will be cancelling the old service at the end of this quarter (March 31, 2024), at which time your giving will stop if you have not set-up the new giving.
